4. Inspection Reports

Our inspection reports are based on visual inspection of accessible areas of the property at the date of the inspection. They do not constitute warranties, guarantees, or predictions of future conditions.

• We are not responsible for hidden or latent defects.
• Reports are confidential and intended solely for the client who ordered the inspection.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees must be finalized before services are completed. Accepted payments include major credit cards or other forms as indicated on our website. Additional fees may apply for specialized inspections, urgent scheduling, or travel outside our primary service area.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time to avoid fees. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in a partial or full charge for the missed appointment.

REG & SONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ReG & Sons Home Inspections LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
